Wilderness Country Club
The Wilderness Country Club is a private Naples Florida golf community that is centrally located, just minutes from the gulf beaches, shopping and restaurants. The 6,652 yard Arthur Hills-designed championship golf course winds its way through the property’s 200 forested acres and offers a complete test of a player’s skills from the opening tee shot to the final approach to the deeply bunkered and heavily mounded 18th green. Hills totally refurbished the course in 2004. The clubhouse offers both formal and casual dining, a private dining room, dance floor, two card rooms and a fully stocked pro shop. Tennis courts and five heated swimming pools are additional amenities available. Membership is mandatory at this member-owned country club and restricted to 300 members. The Wilderness Country Club offers various condominium homes in 28 low-rise (2-3 story) buildings and each condo unit equipped with its own golf cart and cart garage, residents are never more than a minute or two away from the clubhouse.
